We have your sales information, so no need for receipts!
Q. When can I use my Pelican Bucks Reward Certificate?
You can start redeeming the Rewards Certificate within one week from the date the Pelican Buck Certificate is earned.
Q. How long do I have before my Pelican Bucks Reward Certificate expires?
We really dislike quick expirations, don't you? You'll have a full 90 days to use your Pelican Bucks Reward Certificate from the date earned.
Q. I have two Pelican Bucks Certificates. Can I use them both on the same day?
Yes, you can use them the same day. Only one Pelican Bucks Reward Certificate can be applied to each sale, so if you have two items and two certificates, we'll be glad to ring them separately.
Q. Do I have to present a card for my purchases to count?
