Shipping

We try our best to ship in-stock orders received prior to 1:00 CST the same day. Any order received after 1:00 may be shipped the next business day.  Though we try to update the website daily, a Pink Pelican representative will contact you within 24 hours in the unlikely event that the item happens to be sold out or on back order. For shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact the store for information.

The following shipping &handling rates apply to the continental United States:

Standard Continental US Delivery
$10.00 on most shipments.

International Delivery: USPS We currently only ship to Canada and Australia for an additional shipping fee. Customer is responsible for any additional taxes & custom charges that may be imposed by their country of destination.

Express Shipping and Saturday Shipping:

Available upon request.  Just tell us when you need it, and we'll charge you the FedEx rate.

Returns and Exchanges

For website and phone orders, we will be happy to accept returns shipped back within 5 days of your receipt (and within 7 days for in-store purchases).  All tags must be intact and in a re-sellable condition.
