Need to Return Your Purchase? It's easy peasy!
Pink Pelican wants you to be absolutely 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you would like to return anything* you purchase from us, we will be happy to accept your return for a full refund**. Even if it is on sale? Why yes! 100% means 100%!
*What about special orders? Please ask us first! Sometimes we'll search other independent stores who may not allow returns. Just ask!
**Note: Items bought where a gift-with-purchase was awarded can only be exchanged and not returned unless the gift-with-purchase is also returned.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return your purchase for up to 5 days from the date you receive your package. (We like to be flexible, but this is a strict rule, so please mark your calendars!). Products must be in the original condition, just as you received them, with no smells, tags still attached and unworn (sorry, this is a strict rule too!). Sorry, but orders shipping out of the US are not returnable.
When do I receive my refund?
When we receive the package back, we will try to process your return within 48 hours, and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. We will email your receipt to you so you know the transaction has been processed. (Please note: depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.)
