Shipping

We try our best to ship in-stock orders received prior to 1:00 CST the same day. Any order received after 1:00 may be shipped the next business day. Though we try to update the website daily, a Pink Pelican representative will contact you within 24 hours in the unlikely event that the item happens to be sold out or on back order.

The following shipping &handling rates apply to the continental United States:

  • Standard Continental US Delivery
    • $8.99 on most shipments, with free shipping on orders over $200.
    • For shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact the store for information.
  • International Delivery
    • We currently ship to Canada, Australia, UK, and a few other countries (please ask) for an additional shipping fee, based on weight & package size. (Customer of course is responsible for any additional taxes & custom charges that may be imposed by their country of destination.)
    • Free Shipping over $200 does not apply to international orders.
  • Express Shipping and Saturday Shipping
    • Available upon request. Just tell us when you need it, and we'll charge you the FedEx rate.
    • Our standard shipping does not include signature confirmation. If you'd like this additional service, just let us know and we'll charge you exactly what the shipper charges us.

  • 4% In-Alabama, outside in Madison County
  • 0% out of Alabama
  • No tax should be charged on Gift Wrapping ($2.99) or on shipping

Tax Percent

For website and phone orders, we will be happy to accept returns shipped back within 5 days of your receipt (and within 7 days for in-store purchases). All tags must be intact and in a re-sellable condition.
