The House and Town
The perfect family vacation spot with every amenity you would expect at a 5-star hotel resort or your own home. Included in your reservation, is a 6 person golf cart that has the coveted resident parking sticker so you never have to pay $4.50 per hour to park in any spot at the beach or around town.
Just a quick short walk and you can be at the local white sandy beaches, restaurants, shops, parks, nature preserve, and dog park. Or use the bicycles and continue exploring for a ride to parks, dinner, shopping, or beach. For more adventure, use the super easy board cart to walk the 2 paddle boards over to the beach. It’s not uncommon to spot dolphins or even manatee swimming alongside you.
We are in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, one of the few remaining old Florida beach towns, just 35 minutes West of the Tampa airport. The house is a cozy and modern beach house with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and an open floor plan.
Sleeping arrangements, max of 6 overnight guests:
- The main bedroom has one King.
- The second bedroom has a full over twin trundle bed.
- There is a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Enjoy grilling out in your tropical paradise with an outdoor dinning table and separate fire pit area (Oct-March) and a lounge chair area for Summer time (April - Sept). The yard is also fenced in, perfect if you have children or dogs.
